What is DDHouse?

Established in 2014 by a family of pet lovers. And it was named after our beloved furBB, Ding Dang. We are specialist in pets accessories and pet products such as Pee pads, Pee trays, Pet toys, Pet Beds, Pet Strollers, Pet Prams , Cat condos, Cat Trees, Cat Climbers , Cat Furnitures and many more! But, not limited to this . We also carry a wide range of products from Photograghy accessories to household products, Whatsoever that catches our eye ball, we are going to share the great deals with you here!!! How do I place an order with DDHouse?

Please submit your orders via the ADD TO CART button and follow through with the shopping process. If you have discount code, you can enter the discount code before the checkout page. strongly recommended to register an account with us so you won’t have to key in your address and other details for your subsequent purchase with us. Moreover, you can enjoy the benefits and special privilege when you become DDHouse member. If you would like to make any changes to your order/information provided, please SMS @ 98899957 (within 24hours) with your order number and the changes you would like to make. If any of your order is found to be out of stock, you will be notified by email or SMS. We will contact you via SMS to arrange for the delivery schedule

Delivery Method

DDHouse offers FREE Delivery for every nett purchase (i.e. after discount) of S$120 and above in a single order within the island of Singapore. Delivery charge of $4 to $10 for order below $120 . FOC Self collect at 50 Bukit Batok Street 23 , #05-22 Singapore 659578 Midview Building is possible . Please contact us at 98899957 for collection arrangement . Customers will receive updates from us regarding their order status

What mode of payment do we accept?

We accept PayPal, Internet Banking Online Transfer / ATM / Cash Upon Delivery . For orders with payment method of internet banking or ATM transfer, customers have to settle the bill within 24 hours from the time orders are placed . For Internet banking / ATM Transfer , when payment is done, please SMS @ 98899957 with your order number and transaction reference.

Can I pay by Debit Card or Credit Card??

Yes you can! Please select PayPal as your payment option and click on PROCEED TO PAYPAL button on Checkout page.

How fast will I received my order after making payment?

We will deliver your order within 3 working days. Once order confirmation , we will contact you via SMS for the delivery schedule

Do you have a physical shop?

DDhouse Warehouse Store is at 11 woodlands close , #10-21 Singapore 737853 Woodland 11 . We welcome walk-in customers for Store Pick Up or check the quality of the product before making direct purchase with us. However please make appointment with us before coming (Hp: 98899957)

Return/exchange policy?

Any return or refund will not be accepted once order confirmation e-mail is sent out. If you find any manufacturing defects upon order collection, please inform us , we will do 1 for 1 exchange for the item or the broken parts. Alternatively we will do a partial or full refund depends on the degree of defects. For project works involving wall mounted fixtures and furniture, there shall be no return, refund or exchange once items are installed. If you require further modification and replacement works, it will be considered as variable orders with additional charges. Please contact us at 98899957 within 2 days after you received the order if the item is broken and replacement or refund is needed .
